Melissa, you sure did make it a GREAT experience when buying our 2021 Highlander in November 2020. Completely worth driving in from Kingston! Hands down every member of the Belleville Toyota staff was energetic, accommodating, genuine and a pleasure to meet. Melissa, you got me a very reasonable deal for my trade-in, were able to pivot when I immediately knew my first choice didn’t meet my needs at this time (still coming back to you for my 4Runner!!), and always gave me straight-up information and answers. I’ve told pretty much everyone up here to go see you. Even sent a running group buddy who lives in the GTA to you over the winter (she bought immediately!).
