I recently purchased a brand new Toyota Sienna XSE for my wife from Belleville Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I worked with Ben Hill, who was outstanding from start to finish. I began the process by emailing all the Toyota dealerships in the area since I knew exactly which model I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Ben responded quickly and professionally, which immediately set him apart from the rest. Even though Belleville was quite a drive for me, it was absolutely worth it for the level of customer service Ben provided. I ordered the Sienna in January and was quoted a 6-8 month wait, which was in line with other dealerships. In the end, it took 9 months and I received the vehicle in early October. Throughout the entire wait, Ben was always available via text to answer any questions I had—his responsiveness made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When the Sienna finally arrived, the pickup process was seamless. There was no pressure to buy any extra features or services, and all the paperwork was ready to go. It only took a few minutes to sign everything, and Ben took the time to go over all the details of the Sienna with me before I drove off. He also reassured me that I could reach out to him with any questions or concerns in the future. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Ben Hill at Belleville Toyota!

Love the staff here; bought my used Carolla Hatchback iM January 2, 2021 and have LOVED my car and all the service, support & care the Toyota team has provided me; even random check-up queries, helping me think through possible options on selling vs driving across the country, etc, etc! Due to financial constraints, I've appreciated the service department's feedback on what is needed, what is important yet not dire, and what would be a good idea and I've been able to make decisions that work for me while not depleting my funds. I love that I can sit in the comfy chairs, work on my laptop, bring in my own coffee or drink theirs, and even on occasion have been included in the Tim Hortons run. I truly appreciate the service here and will miss the connections I've made here when I move back to BC. *Photos - just fine, moreorless unburied, and buried by fallen tree branches! Car has been repaired and just fine since that 2022 May/June storm!

We had an amazing new car buying experience with Ben Hill and the team at Belleville Toyota. From start to delivery Ben was great to deal with - answering any and all questions that we had. He really went above and beyond to help us out in getting our new Sienna. We even got it sooner than expected. The sales process was relaxed and we were never pressured to add extras. They were completely fair in negotiations and it was by far the best car buying experience that I’ve had. I would not hesitate to recommend Belleville Toyota and especially Ben to anyone looking for their car. Fantastic dealership.

I’ve been a customer of Belleville Toyota since I got my first 2022 Prius, and they have been amazing from day one. I received my car exactly within the promised wait time, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Three years later, when my family grew, I traded in the same Prius for a Toyota Sienna, and Ben Hill gave me a great value on the trade in. The experience was just as positive as the first time. I also want to mention Kyle Fraser, who helped me with an appraisal for a used Corolla when I needed it—super helpful and professional. I should have written this review a long time ago. Belleville Toyota has consistently provided excellent service, and I truly appreciate their support over the years. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Ben Hill at Toyota Belleville. From the moment we walked in, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions since this is our first time purchasing a brandnew car. He guided us through the entire process, made sure we were comfortable and helped us find the perfect car within our budget. The process was smooth and stress-free, and we never felt pressured. We highly recommend asking for Ben Hill if you’re buying from Toyota Belleville!!!
