I recently purchased a brand new Toyota Sienna XSE for my wife from Belleville Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I worked with Ben Hill, who was outstanding from start to finish. I began the process by emailing all the Toyota dealerships in the area since I knew exactly which model I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Ben responded quickly and professionally, which immediately set him apart from the rest. Even though Belleville was quite a drive for me, it was absolutely worth it for the level of customer service Ben provided. I ordered the Sienna in January and was quoted a 6-8 month wait, which was in line with other dealerships. In the end, it took 9 months and I received the vehicle in early October. Throughout the entire wait, Ben was always available via text to answer any questions I had—his responsiveness made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When the Sienna finally arrived, the pickup process was seamless. There was no pressure to buy any extra features or services, and all the paperwork was ready to go. It only took a few minutes to sign everything, and Ben took the time to go over all the details of the Sienna with me before I drove off. He also reassured me that I could reach out to him with any questions or concerns in the future. Fantastic experience at this particular dealership. Everyone, especially Ben made my purchase process and shopping experience a breeze. Great patience, down to earth and good at answering all questions asked. Never pressured me into making a deal. That's something I really appreciate. I had a wonderful experience at Belleville Toyota, mainly thanks to Melissa, my sales representative. She was very professional, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. Melissa took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. I received my car within the time limit they promised, which I really appreciated. Overall, the staff at Belleville Toyota were honest, supportive and the customer service was excellent. A quick thank you to Robert in finance for helping with the lease approval process and making it simple and smooth. I am very happy with my new car and truly appreciate Melissa’s service. Every time we visit Belleville Toyota, it’s a great experience. Ben is awesome, really knows his stuff and gets back to us fast. He helped us choose the right car and made sure everything went smoothly. The car arrived on time (actually one week earlier!) and just as we expected. Overall, the entire team is wonderful!

We had an amazing new car buying experience with Ben Hill and the team at Belleville Toyota. From start to delivery Ben was great to deal with - answering any and all questions that we had. He really went above and beyond to help us out in getting our new Sienna. We even got it sooner than expected. The sales process was relaxed and we were never pressured to add extras. They were completely fair in negotiations and it was by far the best car buying experience that I’ve had.
