This dealership rocks for so many reasons - always friendly and helpful service and have kept my Rav running despite her advanced age. (2006 model)
Tonight they truly went above and beyond and I just have to share because this is such a good example of the great people at this dealership: The battery in my Rav died while I was picking up groceries at Walmart. CAA came to boost me and warned me that the battery was on its last legs. I immediately called Toyota service at 4:55 pm (they close at 5 pm) - just to see if they had a battery - thankfully they did - and they offered to change it for me right then. Off I zip to Toyota and they switched out the battery. Stayed open an extra half hour just for me. I cannot thank them enough - especially because I'm out in the sticks on a farm - so having a working vehicle is super important.
Thank you, Toyota! I cannot sing your praises enough!
