Toyota is returning with one of the most legendary vehicles available in Canada in 2023, with the introduction of the Toyota 4Runner. Celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, the Toyota 4Runner is just as capable and just as impressive as ever, and it gains new features as well.
The 2023 Toyota 4Runner will have a starting price of $51,050 when it goes on sale. The 4Runner comes standard with seven seats as well as an on demand four-wheel-drive system, 17-inch wheels, dual zone climate controls, a sunroof, and heated front seats. New for 2023, the Toyota 4Runner now offers a heated steering wheel in every version.
The Toyota 4Runner is also offered in TRD Sport, Limited, TRD Off-Road, and TRD Pro models. For 2023, there is a new Toyota 4Runner 40th anniversary special edition as well. The top-of-the-line 4Runner will start at just over $66,000.
The 2023 Toyota 4Runner 40th anniversary edition will be limited to just 400 units in Canada and will have a starting price of $54,380. This model will feature 17-inch wheels, painted in a exclusive bronze colour, a unique appearance package with yellow, orange, and red highlights, special graphics, and bronze 40th anniversary emblems.
Every 2023 Toyota 4Runner will continue to be powered by a 4.0-litre V-6 with 270 hp and 278 pound-feet of torque, allowing the 4Runner to tow up to 5,000 pounds.
